Yes. For most jobs we can quote a firm price from photos and a quick phone conversation. Larger projects get a free in-person look. Either way, you'll have a clear number before we schedule any work.

Simple and no-surprises: you get the agreed price in writing before we start, and you settle up once the work is done and you're happy with it. We take card, check or cash, and there's no deposit for a standard visit.

Whenever it matters, yes. This close to the Gulf, standard steel screws and fittings corrode fast, so on exterior work — screens, gates, mounts, fixtures — we default to coated or stainless hardware built for coastal conditions.

That's a big part of what we do from late spring through fall. We measure and pre-cut board-up panels, install shutters and panels, secure outdoor items, and handle the post-storm punch list. Structural and roof work we hand off to licensed pros we trust.

We have a modest service minimum that covers our first visit, and most folks fill it easily by adding two or three small items from their list. Bundling is the smartest way to hire us.
